Viewing Ticket History
Objective: Verify that the history of all activities related to a ticket can be viewed chronologically.
Steps:
- Log into the IMS as a PSS agent.
- Open an existing ticket with a history of activities.
- Verify that the ticket history is displayed in reverse chronological order.
- Change the order to view older activities first.
- Filter the history by activity type (e.g., comments, status changes).
- Verify that the history filters work correctly.
Expected Results:
- The history should display all activities in the correct order and filters should work as expected.
