Viewing Ticket History
Objective:
Verify that the history of all activities related to a ticket can be viewed chronologically.

Steps:

  1. Log into the IMS as a PSS agent.
  2. Open an existing ticket with a history of activities.
  3. Verify that the ticket history is displayed in reverse chronological order.
  4. Change the order to view older activities first.
  5. Filter the history by activity type (e.g., comments, status changes).
  6. Verify that the history filters work correctly.

Expected Results:

  1. The history should display all activities in the correct order and filters should work as expected.
