1. What kind of medical services do you offer?
   Wankam Medical Centre provides medical services from dental clinic, ultrasound scan, laboratory, antenatal and postnatal care, well-baby clinic to family planning.
2. What common conditions do they treat?
   Medical specialists at the hospital treat and diagnose disorders and diseases from acute to chronic illnesses
3. How much does a consultation cost?
   The consultation fee is Kes 200.
4. How do I pay for a consultation?
   The hospital accepts cash payments, all major credit cards, including VISA and MasterCard, and selected insurance companies.
5. Are there advance payments required?
   You are required to make an advance payment for online video consultation appointments. You can pay via mobile money or credit cards, including VISA and MasterCard.
6. How do I book an appointment?
   1. Click on the “Request an Appointment” button on the page. 2. Select a service and your preferred date and time. 3. Confirm your details. Payment is to be made at the clinic. You will be notified through SMS/WhatsApp and email to remind you about your appointment on the chosen day and time.
7. Can I reschedule my appointment for a later date?
   Yes, you can.  You’ll be required to login into your account and click on the reschedule button.
