The patient travels and is treated. My 1Health’s coordination team assists with travel logistics including medical visa support letters and appointment confirmations. You receive status updates during treatment and full clinical reports post-discharge for ongoing care continuity.

How do I verify the clinical quality o the receiving hospital?
All hospitals in the My 1Health network hold JCI, NABH, or TEMOS international accreditation. For any specific referral, you can request the receiving hospital's accreditation status, the treating specialist's credentials and clinical experience, and relevant clinical outcome data. Your My 1Health clinical coordinator will provide this information before you confirm the referral.
